Staff
 Gary
Marcellus, BSBA, BSPT
Co-owner of AllCare Physical Therapy, with over 20 years
of physical therapy experience in orthopedics and home health
care. Gary previously was the Director of the Rogozinski Spine
and Orthopedic Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, and the owner of
Marcel Enterprises, Inc., a home health contracting company in
Florida. Gary graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida A&M
University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical
Therapy. He earned a BSBA in Business Administration in 1983
from the University of Central Florida. Gary specializes in the
treatment of back pain and general orthopedics.
Gary and his wife moved to Santa Fe in 1997. He has
over 25 years personal training experience and served our
country as a Naval Spanish Linguist for four years. His personal
interests include weight lifting, hiking, traveling, sailing,
scuba diving, and he is active in the Santa Fe community. |

Laura Dimitrov, PT
Graduated in 1997 from State University of New York at
Buffalo, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Laura has lived and worked in Santa Fe since 1999. She has
over ten years experience in orthopedic physical therapy and
personal fitness training. Laura is a certified dry
needling practitioner and is currently working on her
certification as a manual myofascial trigger point
specialist, which are both effective treatment approaches
for: TMJD, headaches, tendonitis, post MVA patients, chronic
neck and back pain and athletic injuries. Laura has a
passion for holistic health and wellness, and she enjoys
reading, traveling, skiing, hiking and practicing yoga.

Meghan Haid, DPT
Graduated in 2006 from Northern Arizona University as
Outstanding Graduating Scholar with a Doctor of Physical
Therapy degree. In 1996 she earned a B.S. degree in
Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University. Her
post-graduate certifications include trigger point dry
needling and she is a certified Ai Chi Instructor with
the ATRIC. Meghan practices orthopedic manual therapy,
including spinal manipulation. She enjoys spending time
hiking, running and practicing yoga.

Virginia A. Byrd, PT
A native of Santa Fe, she
graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1982 with
a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. With over 25
years experience practicing in outpatient orthopedic
clinics, Virginia has developed diverse clinical
skills. She takes great pride in her ability to relate
to and motivate her patients. Virginia has been a
member of the American Physical Therapy Association for
27 years and is a current member of the Santa Fe Rotary
Club, participating in numerous charitable activities.
In her spare time she enjoys furthering her professional
knowledge through continuing education, is an avid
tennis & golf player, reads extensively, and is a
devoted mother & wife.

Denise Wojcik, MPT
Graduated in 2002 from Sacred
Heart University in
Fairfield, Connecticut, with a Master's in
Physical Therapy. She completed her Bachelor of Science
degree cum laude with a focus in environmental biology
at
Boston College in 1999. Denise has six years of
experience working in various settings including:
outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient and acute
rehabilitation, skilled nursing and home care. She
combines her clinical experience with evidence-based
treatment techniques to provide a well-rounded program
for optimal patient care. Denise has a passion for
biking, various outdoor activities and mosaic/stained
glass work.

Andrea
Trujillo, DPT
Graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Doctor
of Physical Therapy degree in 2007. In 2003 she earned a
B.A. degree in Biology from the University of New
Mexico. Andrea’s physical therapy experience includes
both orthopedic outpatient care and acute care at a
hospital where she worked in pediatrics and ICU
settings. Andrea practices manual therapy including
spinal manipulation. She enjoys spending her spare time
running, backpacking, rock climbing and reading.

Jessica Salinas, LPTA
Graduated in 1997 from Luna Vocational Technical
Institute with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
Jessica has over ten years experience as a physical
therapy assistant, working in outpatient rehabilitation
and long-term care. Jessica works closely with
AllCare’s therapists to ensure that patients receive
quality care. Jessica is a native New Mexican and enjoys
fishing and camping with her family.

Kelly Peverada, PTA
Graduated from North Shore Community College in Danvers,
Massachusetts in 2006. Prior to becoming a PTA she
previously worked as a medical assistant. Kelly has a
passion for culture and spirituality. She is a believer in
the holistic approach to healing and is certified in Reiki
Levels 1 and 2. She enjoys the outdoors and spending
quality time with her family.
 Averie
Montgomery-Diener, GPTA, LMT#4837
Graduated in 2000 from Luna Community College with an
Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapy
Assistant. A native of Taos, NM, she worked six years
in an outpatient orthopedic clinic before joining
AllCare. Averie is also a licensed massage therapist
since 2004 and has worked in local spas and resorts
throughout Taos and Santa Fe. She and her husband are
outreach Ministry Directors for the State of New Mexico
and serve the community on a daily basis.

Robin Zammas, Exercise Physiologist
Graduated in 1983 from the University of California at
Davis with a Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology. Robin
has over 15 years experience working with therapeutic
patients in diverse settings that include the University
of San Francisco Medical Center, UCSF and various
physical therapy clinics. Robin received certification
in Personal Fitness Training and in Massage Therapy
while living in California. She is an outdoor enthusiast
and enjoys hiking with her dogs and biking.

Management Staff
Linda Marcellus, CPA
Co-Owner of AllCare Physical Therapy, Linda graduated Cum Laude
from University of North Florida in 1991 with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree and completed post-graduate
studies in 1992 in advanced accounting. Linda is licensed in
the State of New Mexico as a C.P.A. and has worked with numerous
non-profit agencies in Santa Fe. In Florida, she was the
Southeastern U.S. regional financial analyst for one of the
largest cable companies in the U.S. before becoming a co-owner
of a home health contracting company with her husband, Gary.
She enjoys running, NIA classes, hiking, scuba diving, traveling
and cooking.
Patricia Yablonski, Practice Manager
Brings 25 years experience in medical practice
administration to AllCare. She previously managed both
family medicine and vascular surgery practices and, on a
consulting basis, she has set up new practices and written
OSHA and Medicare compliance plans. For many years, she has
studied nutrition and integrative medical approaches to
health and healing. She enjoys being outdoors in the
sunshine and fresh air.
